An unidentified man failed after he was hit by a train near Mbokodo Abattoir in Bulawayo on Sunday morning as he was walking on the road line.
The victim is said to be between 30 and 36 times old.
Zimbabwe Republic Police( ZRP) prophet in Bulawayo Province, Inspector Abednico Ncube, verified the incident. He said
Police in Bulawayo are probing a case of unforeseen death where an unknown man was run over by a train on 12 June 2022.
The incident passed near Mbokodo Abattoir at around 230 AM.
It's contended that the now- deceased was tromping along the road line and the machine man tried to advise him as he was approaching.
The man, still, ignored the warnings and was hit by the train and failed on the spot.
The train only managed to stop after hitting him and police attended the scene.
Insp Ncube supplicated members of the public to consider their safety before crossing the road line.
He also appealed to the public to consult their cousins or seek professional help if they've issues that they're facing rather than for people to take their own lives. Said Insp Ncube
